I am an accomplished technology executive, entrepreneur, and leader with over 20 years of experience guiding business strategy, building high-performing teams, and driving growth across diverse technology and operational landscapes. My career has been shaped by a commitment to service, innovation, and stewardship — aligning people, processes, and purpose to deliver meaningful results.
Today, I serve as:
- Chief Information Officer & Founder at AMNI, where I lead strategy, innovation, and technology initiatives for our growing enterprise.
- Director of Operations at Netvolutions Technology Group, overseeing client services, onboarding, strategic alignment, and operational excellence for a dynamic managed services provider.
- Board Director at Anyone Media Network (YayWay), helping guide the vision and execution of a platform designed to connect and empower communities.
Earlier in my career, I held leadership roles at Raytheon Intelligence & Space, directing technology operations and mentoring teams across large-scale, complex projects. My foundation as a United States Navy Submarine Mechanic instilled discipline, resilience, and a respect for teamwork that continues to influence my leadership approach today.
My leadership philosophy centers on stewardship: serving others, cultivating clarity, and fostering growth. I draw inspiration from Stoic virtues — wisdom, discipline, and humility — and apply them to create teams and organizations where people can thrive, purpose drives execution, and excellence becomes the standard.
